  • Responsible for the development and implementation of customer information, DART vehicle livery, wayfinding signage; bus stop, rail station and transit center signage.

  • Increase staff efficiency by overseeing the launch of a self-service repository for collateral, logos, templates, and other resources available on-demand to the agency. 

  • Involved in the implementation and development of innovative solutions such as digital kiosks, microsite for a new bus network survey, DART Access pass portal, and upcoming DART.org website redesign.

  • Lead the rebrand of the company by researching the industry, competitors, and design trends to strategically develop the brand persona and create the new logo, corporate templates, art direction of the website, and ensured all materials were rebranded within a 5 month period.

  • Responsible for the ideation and design of solutions from concept to completion across a multitude of various sized projects, like booth designs, collateral, branding, PowerPoints, etc.

  • Indirectly managed interns and Jr. level designers by providing art direction and teaching internal processes.

  • Coordinated weekly creative team meetings to review projects, ensure projects were on track and deadlines were met.

  • Implemented a new project management system, ProWorkFlow, for the Marketing team. This system increased productivity, organized creative projects and increased effective communication with clients.

Associate Graphics Specialist, 2009-2012

  • Collaboratively worked with in-house creative team to create and execute concepts for internal and external advertising, branding, marketing, photography, and packaging for SafeNet globally.

  • Developed web and print designs for both commercial and government sectors of the company.

  • Designed new corporate collateral, web banners and HTML newsletters, and developed new marketing concepts.

  • Maintained and updated corporate website content within Ektron CMS.

  • Worked with the Director of Global Digital Marketing to create Salesforce lead scoring for marketing automation. Oversaw and developed marketing automation campaigns.

  • Established internal creative department brand including: brand guide, logo, promotional items, as well as staff moral incentives.
